I build a system into your business. One that runs without you.
I have helped more than 130 Hungarian companies go digital. I see where money, time and information leak away, and I know how to stop it. I don’t sell software: I build processes around the way you actually work, and I stay with you until your team truly uses them.
If any of these ring a bell, you are in the right place.
I didn’t get to know SMEs as a consultant but on the support line and in sales: I am the one who picks up the phone when invoicing breaks, the warehouse stalls, or nobody can find yesterday’s quote. Across hundreds of companies the same patterns keep coming back, and every one of them has a working fix.
Everything lives in your head
If you are out for a week, the company stops. The knowledge lives in you, not in a system. That is not a badge of honour, it is the biggest brake on growth.
You enter the same data three times
Paper, Excel, email, notebooks. Data scatters, retyping breeds errors, and errors cost money and customer trust.
Constant firefighting
The team spends the day putting out fires, so there is never time to improve. Yet it is exactly the missing system that keeps starting the fires.
You bought software, nobody uses it
You have bought a system before that stayed on the shelf. Without rollout, training and mentoring, even the best software is just another monthly fee.
I don’t guess and I don’t preach theory: I have worked on the rollout of more than 130 companies, so I know exactly where things get stuck, and what makes them stick.
Three steps from chaos to a working system
I don’t start with the software, I start with your processes. The tool (ERP, e-commerce, automation, AI) always adapts to your goals, never the other way around.
Assessment
We walk through your processes from quotation to invoicing. I show you where money, time and information slip away. You get a written action plan that stays yours even if we stop here.
System building
We roll out the tools that fit your goals: operations, inventory, e-commerce, invoicing, AI automation. We use what is good for you, not what someone wants to sell you.
Mentoring
I train your team, we measure the results and keep fine-tuning until the system becomes a natural part of everyday work. I won’t leave you alone with the software.

Who is behind Rendszermentor?
I am Gábor Lőkös. Every day I take part in running five companies: at an ERP software company I run customer support and sales; I manage the full digital operation of an auto-parts business with a catalogue of more than 19.3 million part numbers; I handle finance at an industrial refrigeration company; I built and operate a webshop for a confectionery; and meanwhile I am building my own venture, Rendszermentor.
I earned my software engineering degree at the University of Szeged, with a minor in teaching: that is where I learned both how to build systems and how to explain them clearly. Practice comes from the everyday: I have trained or consulted 131 companies on business operations so far.
I have seen from the inside what makes a rollout fail, and what turns software into a true everyday working tool.
I created Rendszermentor out of a conviction: small and medium businesses don’t need yet another piece of software. They need someone who speaks the language of their processes and sees the change through.
- 131 companies trained, consulted or onboarded, documented by invoices
- ERP, e-commerce, automation and AI in practice, not in theory
- Experience across trade, manufacturing, services and hospitality
