Withdrawal from the contract

Online withdrawal / termination declaration · rendszermentor.hu

As a consumer, under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), you may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of concluding it (or, in the case of a service, terminate it). The detailed conditions are set out in Section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.

You can send your declaration by filling in the form below and clicking the „Confirm withdrawal” button. We confirm receipt promptly, but within 48 hours at the latest, by email, together with the content and time of the declaration. You can also submit your declaration by email (info@rendszermentor.hu) or by post (Gábor Lőkös, sole proprietor, 5600 Békéscsaba, Degré utca 45., Hungary), with any clear wording.

After pressing the button, your email client opens with the completed declaration; click Send there to submit it. If this does not work, send the details above by email to info@rendszermentor.hu.

What happens next?

  • We confirm receipt of the declaration by email within 48 hours at the latest.
  • We refund the amount due within 14 days at the latest from becoming aware of the declaration, by bank transfer.
